So far this is my morning . . .

Reach for my cell phone is the first thing I do.,
And I check for messages, weather, and FB too.

I even make coffee with my phone in my hand,
Why I do this is something I do not understand.

Next, I trade my cell phone for my laptop.
Even when I have stuff to do, I cannot stop.

I quit smoking because my addiction was killing me,
Now it is cyber space, something I cannot even see.

So, today I am going to stop my computer rage,
But first I will need to check my Face book page.
