How I Prayed This Morning!

By Walt Perryman

I prayed for the innocence of a five-year-old,
They believe in God before they are ever told.

I prayed, to pray from the heart as children do,
So, I could talk to God, and I could hear him too.

This morning when I asked God, he said “I can”
. So, I prayed like I was five instead of an old man!

So, Folks, how you pray is up to God and you.
But you might want to try praying as children do.
