Choices

By Walt Perryman

I am not as disappointed about things I did, because I could,
As I am about the things I did not do, but I knew I should.

Probably the most important conversation I ever had,
Was with my own conscience about the good and bad.

One of the important opinions I will have on this earth,
Is the opinion I have of me and my own self-worth.

Our life is made up of the choices we make.
So today, good or bad, which one will you take?
