Hurry Up

By Bruce Clifford

Turning the pages until tomorrow
Walking the path that remains unchanged
Leading the way to all we asked for
Then we find another one to blame

Riding the wave of endless currents
Trapped inside the equity of the mind
Deciding if this was real or just lip service
Sometimes the truth is so hard to find

You better hurry now
You better find this place
The moments are slowly drifting
They're reaching the depths of space

Riding the tide of waves and static
Leaving the dust cloud far behind
Some would claim you are a fanatic
Sometimes the heart is trying to hide
It gets you all caught and twisted deep inside

You better hurry now
You better find this place
The moments are slowly drifting
They're reaching the depths of space

You better hurry up now
You better hurry up now
I hear it's going fine

Turning the pages until tomorrow
Walking the path that remains unchanged
Leading the way to all we asked for
Then we find another one to blame
