Cosmic Dance

By Bruce Clifford

Borderline memory
Justified casualty
Making waves making sense
Hydrolyzed relevance
Different view, discontent
Petrified government

Memory one bye one
Molded into a faulty sun
Catching haze reflecting lies
Borderline homicides
Different panic, brand new room
Harmony in a different tune

When you climb from time to time
Lifting sprits towards the sky
When you get there take your stance
This is the time for the cosmic dance

Petrified dreams of gold and white
Fused together in dust and light
Pretending forces reflect the dreams
Indigo chaos and extremes
Another war, church and state
Melodic noises out in space

When you climb from time to time
Lifting pieces and touch the sky
If you bother to take one chance
This is the year of the cosmic dance

Cosmic dance
Hold me close
Cosmic dance
Hold me close
Cosmic dance
Take one chance
Cosmic dance
Cosmic dance

Decorated history
Justified sympathy
Emerging species fade to black
Hidden claws of last years attack
Different panic. another room

War and peace in the afternoon
When you climb from time to time
Lifting sprits towards the sky
When you get there take your stance
This is the time for the cosmic dance
