If Tomorrow Decides

By Bruce Clifford

Excuse me if I shut my eyes for a while
I need to dream of you when you're so far away
Believe me I really miss your smile
Thinking of you every night and every day
All the words we didn't say

If tomorrow decides to bring our souls together
Dancing forever beneath the open sky
If our futures collide and take us to forever
I know I would never leave you to cry

Let me imagine you here in an instant
Let me picture you in my dreams
Let me hold your photograph closely
Let me love you to extremes

If tomorrow decides to bring our souls together
Dancing forever beneath the open sky
If our futures collide and take us to forever
I know I would never leave you to cry

If tomorrow decides to bring your smile here with me
Living forever within this great divide
If our futures collide and bring us to forever
I know I would never push you aside
