Circle Cloud

By Bruce Clifford

Circle cloud I hear you whispering
The voice of irrational reasoning
Through all the edges of life and the spin
The circle cloud starts us off where we should begin

Round and round
Upside down
In and out your secret's safe with me

Guard the light
Turn it bright
Day and night your story takes on shape

Circle cloud I hear you running
Your falsetto is taking on its glow
Within devotion is the higher spray
The circle cloud below us melts away
The universe was ours until that day

Round and round
Upside down
The gift of life and your secret's safe with me

Free from thought
The will you taught
Rain or shine and the window to the sea
Circle cloud, your secret's safe with me
Circle cloud and all that used to be

Circle cloud I hear you whispering
The voice of irrational reasoning
Through all the edges of life and the spin
The circle cloud starts us off where we should begin
