Whatever you Please

By Bruce Clifford

Like a fly on the wall
A dream on the edge
Naked and in spite
It's hard to get things right

You can fight the politicians
You can fight the disease
You can take all of creation
And bring it down to its knees
Whatever you please

Like a dream of the war
In the dark of the night
Lying naked and defeated
Broken and beaten

The drums are getting closer
The tide is growing and rising
The mind is colliding

You can fight the politicians
You can fight the disease
You can take all of creation
And bring it down to its knees
Whatever you please
