I'm the mother of three beautiful children; wife of an active duty soldier; back to work after sixteen years as a stay-at-home mom.

I began writing at the age of eight, mostly poetry, a few short stories and a couple of children's story/poems that I'm still developing. I love the exploration and usage of language that poetry offers - Simple snapshots of emotion caught on paper that create such compexity of thought from each readers perspective.
