Don't Leave Love for Tomorrow

By John I. Blair

Don’t leave love for tomorrow;
For tomorrow may never come
Or by then the time may not seem right.
Today is always best;
Now is when your love should show
Since you never know if those you love
Will pass your way again.

Don’t leave love for tomorrow,
For tomorrow may only bring regret
That kind words and caresses
No longer can be given.
Don’t think to postpone love
Or you may find yourself alone
With nothing but your pain.
