Sunday Morning Sunrise

Here it is right before sunrise again,
A brand new day is starting to begin.
I talked to God before I got out of bed,
“It can be a good day,” is what he said.
I asked God, “What it is, that I should do?”
He said, “Believe in me and I will guide you.”
He added, “Keep a positive attitude today,
And, help someone in need along the way.”
It’s here the sun is spreading today’s light,
“Thank you, Lord and help me to live it right.”
