Lost in The Dark

When you're lost in the dark
And your days are all Night
Just follow your Heart,
And follow your Light.

When you think it's all over
and it's time to leave
And there's nothing to go for
And nowhere to Be

Be with your Self
And rest from it all
take a deep breath
Bring life to your soul

The Spirit is living,
the body feels weak
we all need forgiving,
but the dead cannot speak.

Your spirit shines bright,
through all your despair
In the darkest of nights,
It will guide you there.

Follow your heart
Follow your light
Shine to the dark
Bring day to your night

The dark is only in your mind
You got to be brave, be bold
don't leave us all behind
with your story still untold.
