Drama Queen

By Bruce Clifford

Too much information
I can hear you from miles away
With each new revelation
The truth in the lies you say

Too much information
I know I don't have this all wrong
The drama in your instigation

Like a broken hearted whiskey drunken country song
Like a broken hearted whiskey drunken country song

All the lies you say
All your dreams away
All your packs of ice
All your thrown away advice

It's quiet over there
It's lonely with despair
It's only in a dream
It's not what it seems

Too much information
The pages turn your world upside down
Time and recreation
The hole in the sky is hanging over town

Too much information
It comes around and then it goes
The ultimate situation

Like the battle cry of desperation that no one else knows
Like the battle cry of desperation that no one else knows

All the lies you say
All your dreams away
All your packs of ice
All your thrown away advice

All your now and again's
All your former child friends
All your panic in the rage
All your defiant middle age

All the lies you say
All your dreams wasted away
All your maniac abuses
All your sentimental excuses

All the drama all around
All the in's and falling out's
All the panic in air
All the twirling of your hair

Too much information
