When it Rains

By Bruce Clifford

When it rains it rains
When it rains it pours
When the innocent are lost
When we have taken all we can endure
When it rains it pours

When the morning disappears
When the day is out of view
When we hold on to a dream
When we have done all we can do

When it rains it rains
When it rains it pours
When the body count is high
When we have taken all we can endure
When we thought this world was pure

When it rains it pours
When it rains it pours

When in doubt take a second
When it flys take a moment
When it rains take me in
When it stops know where to begin

When it rains it rains
When it rains it pours
When the moment feels so right
When the rain pours thought the night
