Part Six
(My Own Story)
Lianna raced back to the alleyway she called home. She wanted to escape from it all. She collapsed on the matress, tears streaming down her cheeks.
No one except Raven and Robin knew about the tracking camera Robin put on her. They had that sort of equipment. The two were watching everything she did, and her surroundings.
"She lives in an alley," Raven commented, Robin nodding in agreement.
"Li, what happened to you?" A comforting voice asked as a male rose from the ground, shadow figured.
'You know you can read my mind.' Lianna thought, and it made him laugh. His frame was tall, and a bit muscular. Deep chestnut brown hair was cut at different angles as if it hadn't seen a pair of scissors in months, bangs nearly falling into his sea green eyes. Body dropping next to her, he picked up her delicate body, cradling her like a parent would a child.
"It's okay... You don't have to go back there. If your friend wants to see you, he knows where to find you." He smiled.
It was easy to see why Lianna couldn't... Or wouldn't leave him. He was her security blanket, and he watched over her lovingly. Stroking her hair, it calmed her down. Her eyes were closed, tears ceased.
Starfire had come in, and was watching with Raven and Robin, eyes wide. "She lives there? Who's that? We cannot allow this!"
To be continued......
