His jaw was dropped, in shock for two reasons; she was an anthro, and why wasn't she a Titan? The thought puzzled him. "Where am I?" he asked, transforming into his human form.
She, herself, was surprised, due to the fact that he was human. Though, a small, grim smile played upon her lips. "Home. You're injured."
He could tell that, he was in pain and bandaged. "What happened?" The words managed to stumble slowly from his mouth before he collapsed. She caught him, ears pressed flat against her skull as she didn't like this one bit. None the less, he was hurt. Standing up slowly, she dragged him over to an old matress, and placed a thinned out blanket over him.
'I feel like a mother, a parent,' she thought, sitting on the edge of the matress. 'He lost a lot of blood. Any more could be fatal. Who knows, maybe the fire of company could melt her icy heart...'
A few hours passed, he woke, burying himself in the blankets, body curled in a ball. She was perched on a pile of boxes, and attempting to climb a wall. His eyes opened.
"Where.. Did she go? I never got to thank her.." he asked himself slowly, eyes darting in different directions to look for her. The boxes fell, making him jump. He looked up, to see her pulling herself up. He transformed into a bird, flying up to the roof, and shortly changing back. "Need some help?"
She nodded, and he pulled her up, smiling. "Um.. I never got to thank you. I'm Beast Boy."
"I know who you are, you're a Teen Titan," she said quietly, looking away. Out of her pocket fell a little yellow circle-thing, with many buttons and an antenna. The face was black, with a white 'T' on the front.
"Hey, that's my communicator!" he said in surprise, hastily taking it from the ground. "Do you have a name?" Beast Boy asked, and she nodded.
"Lianna. Expert thief, healer."
