Dream On

By John I. Blair

Some day we’ll abandon greed
And take only what we need.

    Dream on.

Some day we will love each other
Like a sister, like a brother.

    Dream on.

Some day we will all find grace.
Some day the world will live in peace.

    Dream on.

But dreams can change the way we act
And midwife might-be into fact,

So dream on, dream on, dream on.
